Engagements
‘R Us . . .
Three
very wise men proposed to three very intelligent and lovely women during
September 2012. Considering the type of law practiced here, we are bursting
at the seems and have been grinning from ear to ear upon hearing the joyous
sounds from the West Wing (a/k/a law clerk office) with news that all three
of the firm’s 2012-2013 law clerks recently became engaged:
Congratulations
to Inna Goykhman,
who
said “YES”
over spaghetti and meatballs on September 19, 2012! |
Congratulations
to Casey Rose Shevin, who said "YES"
on September 22, 2012 during a weekend at the beach to celebrate their
seven-year anniversary! |
Congratulations
to LaDonna Harriott,
who
said "YES"
at 30th Street Station on September 29, 2012 (not that there was any pressure
on Andrew, who, clearly, had been planning his proposal for quite some
time!) |

matters, including the availability of parenting coordination for the most
high-conflict cases. |

| Joni discussed issues surrounding
the new statute's recognition that mental health professionals may play
a necessary role in child custody matters, particularly where parents or
household members have been convicted of certain crimes. Lisa discussed
Pennsylvania's proposed parenting coordination statute and the controversy
surrounding whether lawyers alone should be permitted to act as Parenting
Coordinators (as currently proposed) or whether therapists should also
